Recruiter (Contract)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 5-month contract (40 hours /week), reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll jump in quickly to help drive full-cycle recruiting across a variety of digital marketing and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiters to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping us meet ambitious hiring goals.

The hourly rate for this role will be $50-65/hr, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees.
