About The Role

  • o Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
  • o Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • o Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • o Participate in the design and implementation of data pipelines, automation frameworks, and integration solutions.
  • o Support AI/ML initiatives by developing data processing components and integrating machine learning services into business applications.
  • o Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
  • o Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security standards, and best practices.
  • o Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to improve software quality and deployment efficiency.
  • o Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational procedures.
  • o Support application monitoring, performance tuning, and reliability improvements.
  • o Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • o 4–6 years of hands-on software development experience with Python.
  • o Strong knowledge of Python libraries, frameworks, and development best practices.
  • o Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with third-party platforms.
  • o Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • o Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and scalable application architecture.
  • o Experience with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • o Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • o Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • o Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
