We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to support our WA operations based in Malaga through a combination of customer service and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Manage incoming phone calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Support counter sales as required, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate day‑to‑day warehouse operations to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Manage stock movements, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory accuracy.
• Assemble braking kits and associated products to required standards.
• Ensure all assembled items meet quality and safety requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks to support operational needs.
• Ensuring warehouse is maintained in a clean and tidy manner with the TES guidelines.

About You

• Forklift and driver's licences essential
• Previous warehouse/storeperson experience.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work.
• Basic computer skills for inventory.
• Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen.
