Lead Assistant Manager - Process Digitization

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Assess current digitization maturity and identify automation opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to define improvement roadmaps.
• Measure and track digitization uplift, adoption, and business value realization.
• Conduct process validations, user interviews, and operational analysis.
• Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Support change management, training, and rollout activities to drive adoption.
• Ensure alignment of digitization initiatives with business objectives and OKRs.
