AI Use Case & Delivery Manager — Claude

The AI Use Case & Delivery Manager — Claude Platform manages the Claude use-case pipeline from discovery through client delivery within the India AI Center of Excellence. The role runs Anthropic partner-program commitments, CCA-F certification cohorts, the reference-customer tracker, and Salesforce partner tagging for Anthropic-influenced deals.

This role connects delivery, sales, and partner motions to ensure Claude engagements are well-scoped, tracked, and delivered with measurable business value. Domain exposure to BFSI or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Claude use-case pipeline end-to-end, from discovery and qualification through solutioning and client delivery.
• Run Anthropic partner-program commitments, ensuring EXL meets enablement, certification, and reporting obligations.
• Organize and manage CCA-F certification cohorts across the India CoE, tracking progress and completion.
• Own the reference-customer tracker and maintain Salesforce partner tagging for Anthropic-influenced deals.
• Coordinate delivery governance—planning, status, risks, and milestones—across Claude engagements.
• Partner with sales and solution teams on business cases, proposals, and executive updates.
• Track use-case ROI and outcomes, and feed learnings back into the CoE’s reusable assets and offerings.

Must-Have Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in delivery management, engagement management, program management, or AI/technology consulting.

Delivery & Program Management

• Proven experience managing a use-case or project pipeline from discovery through delivery.
• Experience running partner-program commitments, certification cohorts, or enablement programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline, deal tagging, and reporting.

GenAI & Communication

• Working understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise AI use-case patterns (Claude platform familiarity valued).
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills across delivery, sales, and partner teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to tracking, governance, and reporting.

Good-to-Have / Preferred

• Domain exposure to BFSI or healthcare.
• Familiarity with Anthropic partner programs and Claude certification tracks (CCA-F).
• Experience with ROI/value tracking and reference-customer programs.
• PMP, Agile, or similar delivery/program certification.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
