Production Technician

The Process Technology Operations team provides value add by

• Inspecting and reporting on the production process performance as assigned, on a regular base.
• Validating machines and tools and processes, according to protocols.
• Supporting process improvement measures and projects, if appropriate.

The Senior Technician

• Provides technical maintenance and support, responsibly identifies and solves single failures, incidents and malfunctions, and carry out setup procedures.
• Ensures function readiness for scope or range of system, devices or technologies (in IT, production, facilities technology).
• Provides 1st level application related customer service, for a defined small scope of applications.
• Clarifies issues with stakeholder, plans own work in preparing maintenance and repair assignments.
• Identifies reason for failure, and takes the prescribed measures to fix it.
• Coordinates own work with, or coordinates work of service provider employed.
