Our System Commissioning & Performance (SC&P) Group plays a critical role in shaping how we deliver on ACC’s vision. We’re now looking for a Coordinator to join our Commissioning Performance and Commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong coordination and PA experience to support strategic commissioning and help our leaders stay focused on what matters most.
About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Coordinator within the System Commissioning and Performance group, you will provide proactive coordination and administrative support to a busy team delivering external provider and stakeholder engagement activities.
This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you will manage communications, maintain documentation and systems, and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with colleagues across the group, contributing to smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
The appointing salary for this role is $67,442 – $82,430 based on experience and internal relativities, and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. You will bring
- Experience as a Coordinator or in a similar administrative or support role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting project coordination and/or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications to produce high‑quality documents and communications.
- A calm, proactive approach with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- A commitment to wellbeing, inclusion, and service excellence.
- You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
