Principal Systems Development Engineer

Memory Systems Engineering, Server & Infrastructure Solutions

Our customers’ system requirements are usually highly complex. Bringing together hardware and software systems design, Systems Development Engineering operates at the very cutting edge of technology to meet them. We design and develop electronic and electro-mechanical or systems-orientated products, conduct feasibility studies on engineering proposals and prepare installation, operation and maintenance specifications and instructions. We’re proud to deliver programs and products to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.

What you’ll achieve

As a Principal Systems Development Engineer , you will design and implement critical services, lead complex refactors, and champion quality. You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise the bar for performance and reliability.

You will

• Partner with internal platform and development engineering teams to influence, expand, and enhance alternative memory solutions
• Partner with platform development and systems engineering teams globally.
• Be a subject matter expert on alternative memory technology solutions extending to HW, FW, OSV, and ISV interactions

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience
• x86 Server Architecture design understanding
• Experience in memory, system design, or architecture
• Excellent engineering leadership skills and ability to work with and influence across a global organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Track record of delivery against deadlines and exemplary ‘How’ behaviors in pursuit of results
