About the Role
As a Student Assistant in our RtR Polish Accounting team , you will support day-to-day accounting activities, including invoice posting, employee expense settlements and month-end and year-end closing. You will gain practical experience in Polish accounting while working with an experienced finance team in an international environment.
Your main tasks will include
- Posting purchase invoices in compliance with Polish tax regulations
- Settlement and posting business trips and employee expenses
- month-end and year-end closing activities
- Collaborating with finance teams and external suppliers
- Supporting team members in day-to-day operations according to the assigned tasks
- Carrying out any other tasks requested by a Team Leader or Manager
We're looking for students who
- Are available to work 25 hours per week ( both during and after the holidays)
- Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel
- Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others
- Are confident using English and Polish (min B2)
- Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor :)
