The job purpose is to serve as the subject matter expert for Health Insurance systems and business processes, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into fit-for-purpose technology solutions. Lead change requests, provide functional support to users, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery, enhancement, and continuous improvement of business systems. Ensure compliance with audit, governance, and operational standards by coordinating audits, monitoring corrective actions, and maintaining robust policies, procedures, and controls.
