We have four commodity managers responsible for all electrical components. As the transceiver business scales up rapidly, extra resources are critical to secure deliveries and execute cost reduction targets.

All electrical component commodities currently report directly to me (Steven Qian）. Therefore, we need a dedicated manager to lead the electrical components team.
