The Residence Luxury Executive Chef is responsible for supporting and leading the culinary operation across the resort’s restaurants and food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence, quality, presentation, service, and guest satisfaction.

This position combines strong culinary expertise with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest engagement. The Residence Luxury Executive Chef is expected to be visible and approachable, interacting with guests when appropriate, understanding their preferences and feedback, and working closely with the Food & Beverage team to create memorable and personalized dining experiences.

The role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling kitchen operations while developing a high-performing culinary team.
