Responsibilities: This person will work on all phases of cons tr uction and infras tr ucture i m prove m ents. T hey will r ead and interpret legal descriptions, building and equip m ent drawings, plans, and specifications , as well as p lan, design, specify, procure , and/or cons tr uct physical assets for M FA operations at all locations. This also includes planning, building cons tr uction, equip m ent cons tr uction, site planning, budgeting , and esti m ating. Additionally , they will provide engineering and technical assistance for processes such as m aterial handling and che m ical handling. All duties should be perfor m ed in accordance with co m pany policy.

What You’ll Do

• Be responsible for planning, design and cons tr uction for location facilities
• Oversee repairs to buildings.
• Work with Insurance depart m ent and assist with clai m analysis
• Prepare Cost esti m ates within 10% of actual costs.
• Coordinate installation of NH3 e m ergency shut off syste m s
• Provide support for beta testing of auto m ation and new elec tr onic con tr ols
• M aintain and work with facility engineering databases
• Procure Equip m ent repair parts

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in accredited engineering progra m
• BSCE or BS M E preferred. (Civil Engineering or M echanical Engineering) or equivalent
• Licensed Professional Engineer in State of M O (or will obtain)
• 5 years’ experience in related fields
