Trainer

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to our clients, covering various aspects of BPM. Your expertise will empower our clients to optimize their business processes and achieve their goals. You will collaborate with our team to create comprehensive training materials, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions on BPM concepts and best practices.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support during training sessions, ensuring participants' understanding.
• Stay updated with the latest BPM trends and incorporate them into training materials.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Assurance team to align training with project requirements.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Create and maintain training documentation, including manuals and tutorials.
• Assist in developing and implementing training evaluation methods.
• Support the team in identifying areas for process improvement and provide recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BPM training or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on process optimization.
• Proficiency in using BPM tools and software is highly preferred.
• Experience in creating engaging training materials and resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel for client training sessions as required.
