The Role

The Registration Services Specialist supports accurate client and product setup for customers in the automotive claims industry, including insurance carriers, repair facilities, and independent appraisers. This role manages detail-oriented configuration, user access, assignment routing, and setup requests while partnering with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. This remote role works Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and validate client product setup, including user access, portal logins, password administration, product-line setup, and mailbox setup.
  • Set up and maintain Direct Repair Program (DRP) configurations so repair facilities can receive electronic assignments from insurance carriers.
  • Enter setup information for new customer rollouts and ongoing maintenance post implementation rollouts based on requirements provided by implementation teams.
  • Review incoming requests, follow documented processes, and use available resources to determine the appropriate setup, routing, or response.
  • Respond to internal and external customer questions related to setup, access, configuration maintenance, routing, and product support.
  • Troubleshoot access and setup issues, escalating or partnering with internal teams when additional support is needed.
  • Partner with Implementation, Client Support, Automotive Services Group, and other internal teams to resolve requests and clarify customer requirements.
  • Maintain CLEAR records to support ongoing configuration maintenance.
  • Manage a high volume of detail-oriented work while balancing accuracy, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service, administrative support, data entry, or related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering, reviewing, or maintaining information.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
  • Comfort following documented processes, adapting to workflow changes, and identifying when additional guidance is needed.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time . Occasional voluntary weekend overtime may be available during catastrophe-response periods.
