Head, GWBCIBC - Business Management Office MY

CIBC is seeking a senior and strategic leader to head the Regional Business Management Office (BMO) for Corporate & Investment Banking Coverage and Financial Solutions (“FS”). This role will act as a key partner, delegate, transformation secretariat to the Regional Head of CIBC and FS, with a mandate to drive franchise performance, strategic execution, and transformation across the region.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping client strategy, optimising portfolio performance, enhancing operating model and processes, and generally supporting the Regional Head of CIBC and FS on all administrative, operational, control and business functions while ensuring strong alignment across countries, product partners and control functions.
