About The Role

Senior Lead Engineer – AI Platform engineer

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer to serve as a technical leader and architect responsible for designing, building, and evolving Guardian's enterprise AI Platform.
  • This role will provide architecture leadership across the AI platform stack, spanning:
  • Experience Plane – AI developer experience, SDKs, AI Studio, agent builder frameworks, developer portals and reusable platform assets
  • Control Plane – AI governance, policy enforcement, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, AI registry, observability, and FinOps
  • Execution Plane – Agent runtimes, LLM inference, orchestration frameworks, MCP services, AI gateways, RAG infrastructure and production operations
  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect capable of defining platform standards, building reusable capabilities, solving complex engineering challenges, and driving enterprise adoption of AI and Agentic technologies.

Required

  • 7+ years of AI Platform Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years designing cloud-native distributed platforms.
  • 3+ years architecting AI/ML or GenAI platforms.
  • Proven experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities.

Preferred

  • Experience building Control Plane architectures.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale AI governance.
  • Experience supporting production GenAI workloads.
  • Experience building AI platforms within regulated industries.
