We are a privately owned, rapidly growing veterinary practice preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital—and we are seeking an Associate Veterinarian with 2+ years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their clinical career.

Position Overview

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will

  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care
  • Perform general surgery with growing confidence
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a high-volume setting
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and teammates
  • Continue developing your clinical and communication skills
  • Contribute ideas to improve systems and patient care

This role balances independence with strong clinical support.

Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent degree
  • Eligible for California licensure (in good standing)
  • Ideally 2+ of clinical experience
  • Comfortable with routine general surgery
  • Experience in high-volume practice preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based medicine

Compensation

  • Base + ProSal: $120,000+ annually , based on experience and production
  • Bonus potential with no negative accrual
