About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws, Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT requirements, FATCA, and internal policies. The successful candidate will monitor compliance activities, assess regulatory risks, prepare regulatory reports, support audits, and promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, AML/CFT, and FATCA.
Review customer transactions and investigate suspicious activities.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports and disclosures on time.
Conduct compliance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Deliver compliance awareness and training programs.
Handle regulatory requests and customer complaints in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in banking or financial services, including 1 year in Compliance .
Good knowledge of AML/CFT, FATCA, and Central Bank regulations.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
