Product Owner Distribution Order Fulfillment Process

Drive the future of our global fulfillment operations

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the digital transformation of our Distribution Order Fulfillment processes.

You'll own the product roadmap for the systems supporting order fulfillment, working closely with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT. Your mission is simple: build smarter, more automated processes that ensure customers receive the right products, on time, at the lowest possible cost.

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Order Fulfillment.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and priorities for development teams.
• Define sprint priorities, maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog, and work closely with Scrum teams to maximize business value delivery.
• Improve end-to-end fulfillment processes by driving automation, efficiency, and system integration.
• Partner with operational teams to understand challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and change management to ensure successful adoption across the business.
• Connect systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and WMS platforms to enable seamless order processing and customer visibility.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Process Owner within logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and product backlog management.
• Strong understanding of ERP, WMS, CRM, and system integrations.
• Analytical mindset with experience using SQL, Excel, or Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT.
