Job Short Description

Responsible for establishing and improving process capability, capacity, and productivity while ensuring designated processes meet product specifications and control requirements. Monitor process yield, tester performance, and equipment maintenance, perform troubleshooting, and follow up on issues across shifts. Lead and guide Test Technicians and Engineering Operators, support production and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO requirements, ESD procedures, process specifications, and company regulations.
