Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for leading all site facilities operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. This role oversees plant maintenance, building operations, utilities, landscaping, environmental services, security, and regulatory compliance. The Facilities Manager leads and develops the maintenance team, manages contractors and service providers, and drives the implementation of a sustainable Integrated Facilities Management model to support business objectives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
