Trainer

General Role

• Assure the right level of knowledge, skills, and competencies in place at Store level, with a specific focus on retail training and coaching.
• Training contents will get across the Brand’s history, selling techniques and tips, cross and up selling opportunities as well also selling rituals and ceremonies.
• Will be also accountable for assuring the right level of skills and commitment - Coaching at store level, supporting Store Manager in developing and growing the overall sales staff capabilities.
