Waterproofing Estimator

Roles and Responsibilities

• -
• Prepare and/or coordinate complete estimates including analyzing specifications, proposals, takeoffs, and other documentations to prepare estimates.
• -
• Attend construction site and perform a full analysis to determine project difficulty and estimate
• -
• Develop a strategic and competitive plan for each tender as per contract specifications: labor, equipment, and materials
• -
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships through corporate database
• -
• Maintain relations with all vendors, clients, engineers, architects, owners, etc.
• -
• Conduct handover meetings with project managers to execute the work.
• -
• Keep tender documents organized

Qualifications and Experience

-

3+ years direct experience in the construction field, in below grade, Dam proofing, Traffic Coating

-

Graduate from engineering, architectural or construction management program is an asset

-

Basic computer knowledge – Microsoft Office programs, Procore, AUTOCAD or other programs, basic office administration skills such as printing documents, scanning files, keeping an organized file of projects

Excellent communication, both verbal and written

Knowledge of local construction market
