About The Role

Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, pedicure and manicure, and other wellness therapies.
Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and hygienic.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel spa.
Proficiency in massage techniques, facials, body treatments, manicure and pedicure services is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
