Job Profile TypThe Cornea Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within an assigned geographic territory. This role develops and executes strategic business plans to increase procedural utilization, support customer adoption of Glaukos corneal technologies, and achieve revenue objectives. The RBM serves as a trusted partner to physicians, administrators, and clinical staff by delivering commercial, operational, and educational support that enables successful integration of corneal therapies and procedures. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the RBM identifies growth opportunities, influences referral networks, and drives customer success through exceptional account management and execution. This role reports to the Area Director and collaborates with other commercial team members to advance organizational objectives and improve patient access to innovative corneal health solutions.e Summary
