Opportunity Highlights

QMG seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Radiation Oncologist to join our team in Quincy, Illinois.

Team of 4 High Caliber Oncologists, and excellent support staff which includes nurses, rad techs, social workers, IV techs, infusion nurses, pharmacists, a dosimetrist and a physicist
State of the art resources including linear accelerator and PET CT on site
Flexible schedule with the option to work remotely one day per week
Strong internal referral network
Physician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing
Epic EMR

Physician-Led Care

QMG emphasizes collaboration between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams manage operations, compliance, and contracting, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation: $620,000 - $650,000
Total target: $650,000 – $800,000+ with incentives
Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance
Paid licensure and certification renewals
Up to 5 weeks time off and paid holidays
401(k) with match and profit sharing
