Opportunity Highlights
QMG seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Radiation Oncologist to join our team in Quincy, Illinois.
- Team of 4 High Caliber Oncologists, and excellent support staff which includes nurses, rad techs, social workers, IV techs, infusion nurses, pharmacists, a dosimetrist and a physicist
- State of the art resources including linear accelerator and PET CT on site
- Flexible schedule with the option to work remotely one day per week
- Strong internal referral network
- Physician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing
- Epic EMR
Physician-Led Care
QMG emphasizes collaboration between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams manage operations, compliance, and contracting, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $620,000 - $650,000
- Total target: $650,000 – $800,000+ with incentives
- Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance
- Paid licensure and certification renewals
- Up to 5 weeks time off and paid holidays
- 401(k) with match and profit sharing

- MD or DO
