Job Description

The Role

• 在 KSP 新建 PFA 射出成型產線，負責開發、建立與維護製程、機台與相關製程 / 設備數據。

Develop and maintain processes, machine, and data for new PFA molding production line in KSP

• 與其他廠區對齊射出成型 / 擠出之製程與機台數據，建立 KSP 新 PFA 成型產線的製程流程與管制標準。

Align the process and machine data of injection molding / extrusion with other plants to establish the process flow and control standard for new PFA molding production line in KSP

• 建立 SOP 或作業指導書（ WI ），並負責訓練產線團隊依 SOP/WI 進行操作。

Create SOP or work instruction and be responsible for the training of production team to handle the operation by following the SOP or WI

In this role you will

• 為 KSP 新 PFA 成型產線開發並維護製程、機台與相關數據。

Develop and maintain processes, machine and data for new PFA molding production line in KSP

• 辨識並改善 / 開發 PFA 成型產品之製程能力與製程方案。

Identify and enhance/develop processes for PFA molding products

• 制定並維護標準作業程序（ SOP ）、作業指導書（ WI ）、製程路由（ routings ）與安全審查。

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, routings, and safety reviews

• 管理關鍵營運績效指標（ KPI ）、良率、績效分析，以及 FMEA 與 SPC 管制。

Manage key operating performance criteria, yield, performance analysis, FMEA and SPC controls

• 於預算內提出設備與技術之資本支出（ CAPEX ）效益 / 投資合理性評估，以改善製程或支援業務成長。

Develop capital justifications within budget for equipment and technology that either improves or aids in the growth of the business

• 運用六標準差工具 推動根因分析 與矯正 / 預防措施（ CAPA ）計畫，並與品質、產品工程、製造及業務 / 行銷跨部門協作。

Drive root cause analyses and corrective action plans through the six sigma tools, collaborating with quality, product engineering, manufacturing and sales/marketing

• 主導新產品由研發導入量產之技術移轉，確保 製造端依行銷 需求完成量產就緒（ launch ready ）。

Lead the technology transfer from new product development to manufacturing, ensuring manufacturing is launch ready in accordance with Marketing requirements

• 依 V&Q （ Validation & Qualification ，驗證與資格認證）及 PCN （ Product Change Notification ，產品變更通知）流程妥善導入變更。

Implement changes properly through V&Q and PCN process

• 辨識並推動縮短週期時間與提升良率之改善活動。

Identify and implement cycle time and yield enhancing activities

• 建立並維護製程文件：作業程序、測試規範、測試方法、零組件圖面等。

Develop and maintain process documentation- operating procedures, test specs, test methods, component drawings

• 可配合約 10% 之海外出差。

Ability to travel globally 10%.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

• 機械工程、化學工程或相關科系大學（含）以上畢業。

College graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related departments

• 具 3 年以上射出成型或吹塑成型產業經驗者尤佳。

Working experience in the injection molding or blow molding industry for more than 3 years is a plus

• 具精實 （ Lean ） / 六 標準差綠帶 （ Green Belt ）證照者優先。

Own a Lean/ G reen Belt certification is preferred

• 具 ISO 系統環境工作經驗。

Experience with working in an ISO environment

• 具備基本電腦操作能力與網路資料搜尋能力。

Must have basic computer skills and internet search skills

• 具良好英文溝通能力（口說 / 書寫）。

Proficient in English communication
