• Influencer Management: Independently manage influencers and content creators. This includes outreach, (price) negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Communication: Create detailed briefings and support the development of campaign concepts.
• Trend Analysis: Research and source new influencer profiles.
• Performance Tracking: Support the monitoring of KPIs and derive ideas and action plans.
• Support: Assist the marketing team with day-to-day business.

What We Expect from You

• You are studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field of study, or have recently successfully completed your degree.
• You are enthusiastic about online marketing, influencers, and social media, and have a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and current trends.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience through an internship or a working student position.
• You have strong communication skills as well as excellent writing and comprehension skills.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and are a reliable, open-minded person with a hands-on mentality.
• You have strong analytical skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
