We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our team. Υou will be responsible for the day-to-day corporate administration of a portfolio of entities across multiple jurisdictions. You will ensure these entities remain fully compliant with local and international regulations and handle a wide range of corporate and legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of companies incorporated in various jurisdictions
- Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and databases for multi-jurisdictional entities.
- Prepare and file statutory forms, resolutions, and annual filings in accordance with the relevant jurisdiction’s requirements.
- Liaise with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and governmental authorities.
- Coordinate the incorporation, dissolution, and ongoing administration of legal entities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with filing deadlines, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.
- Support with drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documentation.
- Assist with bank account openings and communication with banks.
- Provide administrative support to the legal and finance teams as needed.
- Prepare and file forms, resolutions, and other statutory documents with the Registrar of Companies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar corporate administration role, preferably with exposure to international structures.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and administrative requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with corporate administration platforms is an advantage.
- ICSA (The Chartered Governance Institute) qualification or progress toward it.
- Experience working with offshore jurisdictions and international clients.
