Tamheer - Internal Communication

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Internal Communication Trainee to join our team through the Tamheer Program . This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee engagement, internal communication, content creation, and organizing company events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Previous experience (academic, internship, volunteer, or professional) in organizing events or employee engagement activities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
