Cards Fulfillment Officer (Intern)

Card Issuance & Fulfilment

• Manage the end-to-end card fulfilment process from card request to customer delivery.
• Coordinate card personalization with card processors and personalization bureaus.
• Ensure timely printing, packaging, and dispatch of debit and credit cards.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate records of card inventory (blanks and packaging materials).
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts.
• Reconcile inventory regularly and investigate discrepancies.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with card vendors, personalization bureaus, and courier partners.
• Track card deliveries and ensure timely distribution to customers.
• Resolve fulfilment issues such as delayed or lost cards.

Process Monitoring

• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for card production and delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reports on card fulfilment activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure card handling complies with PCI DSS and internal security policies.
• Safeguard card inventory and sensitive customer information.
