Dielectric - Cost Accountant

Dielectric is hiring a Cost Accountant to support the accuracy and integrity of cost accounting processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance, this role maintains standard costs, analyzes production and purchasing variances, supports inventory accuracy, and identifies opportunities for cost improvement. The Cost Accountant plays a key role in financial reporting, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives that support profitability and manufacturing performance.
