基本的职责和责任

遵守公司安全相关规定，参加相关安全培训。 维护本区域5S，严格遵守5S相关规定。 遵守质量体系各项流程文件，对质量问题直接负责。 遵守公司各项人事制度，请假安排等规定。 接受不同工位及线体之间的交叉培训，以符合公司生产需求。 遵守操作指导及各项生产流程。 严格遵守熟悉质量标准要求。 严格遵守出勤制度。 掌握产线知识，开展巡检IPQC，下线检查FMQA和发货前PDI检查。 对测试结果记录，采集发货前照片，视频信息存档，测试电子数据库录入。 跟进返工并复测，合格下序。 重大安全和批量问题，或过程异常及时汇报主管和质量工程师。 完成质量问题分析和相关验证测试。 完成主管安排的其它工作。

基本资格

具备机械行业基本的安全意识； 专科及以上学历； 工程机械行业检验经验； 学习能力强； 无色盲； 沟通能力强，踏实细心。

优先资格

有一定办公软操作能力； 能吃苦耐劳精神。
