The Internal Logistics and Warehouse Operations team plays a crucial role in S&C's business and has a significant impact on our customers and the future of S&C. We are seeking an individual who possesses strategic vision along with solid tactical skills to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing High Performance Work Teams, optimizing material flow, and maintaining A3s to support problem solving and the company's strategic roadmap.

Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be expected to work closely with front-line leaders, such as Team Leaders and Supervisors, to improve communications, accountability, and continuously improve all warehouse operations, such as receiving, repack, putaway, production replenishment, and shipping.
