Are you passionate about Training & Development? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our Talent Enablement function. The Leadership Development Lead is critical to advancing S&C’s leadership development strategy and portfolio by utilizing needs assessments, organizational insights, employee feedback, and leadership development best practices to design and deliver programs, experiences, and resources that strengthen leadership capabilities across the business. They collaborate closely with senior executive teams and cross-functional teams to identify leadership gaps and create tailored development plans. Through expertise, the Leadership Development Lead will lead the evaluation and enhancement of existing programs to ensure they remain current and impactful and will contribute to building a solid leadership pipeline within the company that fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth.
