Responsibilities

  • Open and/or close the PARC
  • Greet and welcome students/faculty/staff as they enter PARC
  • Answer telephone and check/follow up to voicemail
  • Assist in making appointments
  • Make appropriate referrals to other campus resources
  • Follow all procedures and policies set by the Parkside Academic Resource Center
  • Report immediately to t he PARC Manager when critical issue(s) arises
  • Attend and participate in meeting s as scheduled
  • Work 4 – 20 hours per week
