To offer guests a memorable welcome and departure experience at the hotel, ensuring a seamless experience and adding to the sense of occasion of staying at an InterContinental hotel. The position is responsible for luggage service including storage, Limousine bus arrival and departure greetings, lobby greetings, message delivery, newspaper distribution, and projecting a positive first and last impression of the hotel to arriving and departing guests.
