Syndication & Sell down of Project Finance & Structured Finance deals in Renewable Energy and other Infrastructure sectors

 Building new / maintain tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions
 Preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, Appraisal Report
 Financial Modeling
 Coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions
 Assist in Legal documentation
 To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector
