Sharjah Maritime Academy (SMA) invites applications from distinguished academics and experienced maritime industry professionals for the position of Adjunct Faculty in the Master of Science in Maritime Operations Management (MOM) programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality postgraduate teaching, fostering critical thinking, integrating contemporary maritime industry practices into learning, and supervising applied research at the Master's level. The successful applicant will contribute to preparing future maritime leaders capable of addressing complex operational, logistical, and strategic challenges in the global maritime sector.
