• Preparation of Credit appraisal note to be presented to relevant approving authority and In-principle
• notes/presentations for internal discussion.

• Liaison with business, legal and risk teams for execution of transactions, including transaction structuring /

term sheet preparation, credit checks on compliance with Pre-Disbursement Conditions, etc.

• Building knowledge base by engaging with internal as well as external parties
• Preparation of financial models and tracking of key operating parameters in the commodity manufacturing

sectors

• Tracking development in sectors under coverage
