The Sr. AVP (D2) – Senior Principal Architect, Agentic AI Identity Management is a foundational technology leadership role responsible for shaping EXL’s Identity Management system and expanding it for agentic AI ecosystem.
This role operates at the intersection of architecture, security, automation, and business outcomes, providing deep technical stewardship while influencing senior stakeholders across business, delivery, risk, and governance. The incumbent will act as a technology authority, solution catalyst, and strategic advisor, ensuring platforms are secure by design, scalable by default, and outcome aligned.
