Responsible for providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions and handling guest inquiries, supervises the issue of keys, mail, messages, telegrams and parcels to the guests. Coordinate guests’ needs, requests, and inquiries to ensure superior service and value for our guests.
