Registered Nurse Case Manager – Hospice

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p with an all call weekend rotation
• Location Serviced: Southern area

• We are seeking a Hospice RN who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Qualified candidates for this position offer

• Education: Degree in nursing field as a registered nurse from an approved school of nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of two years as an RN. Home health/hospice experience preferred.
