Hospice Nurse Aide

Job Description​

The Nurse Aide provides care according to the patient needs as directed by the clinician. The Nurse Aide assists in the patient care anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The Nurse Aide collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.

In Kansas, CNA Kansas and HHA Kansas certifications are required.

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Cert Nurse Assistant - Various, Driver's License - Various, Family Care Safety Registry - Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services
