. Performs work designated on work order according to standards and procedures given in the service manual and other literature.

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. All work is completed according to standards.
• B. Procedures are followed at all times in completing work.
• C. Safety inspection log is completed and given to the Foreman.
• D. Additional work required is reported to the Foreman.

1. Use special tools as required.

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. Tools are used according to requirement of the manuals.
• B. Tools are maintained in good working order at all times.
• C. Damaged or malfunctioning tools are reported to the Foreman and Workshop Coordinator.

1. Advises Foreman if additional work is required and informs him about job difficulties .

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. The Foreman is informed as soon as difficulties are encountered.
• B. The Foreman is informed immediately additional work requirement is known

1. Keep vehicles clean when working on them.

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. All vehicles are always kept in clean condition.
• B. All oil and grease is removed from vehicles as soon as possible.
• C. All damages to vehicles are reported to the Foreman immediately after they occur.
• 5 . Maintains neat and orderly work area.

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. Work area is kept in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
• B. Items used in the repair of vehicles are disposed of in bins provided
• C. Old parts are bagged and placed in customers’ vehicles at all times.
• D. All spills are cleaned up immediately.

1. Maintains personal and shop tools in good working condition.

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. All personal tools are maintained in good condition at all times.
• B. All Shop Tools are cleaned and returned to stores clerk after use.
• C. Is in possession of all tools listed in the Collective Agreement schedule.

1. Assists in on the job training or supervision of apprentices and new employees, if in possession of at least five (5) years experience.

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. Apprentices and new employees are adequately trained to perform their duties.
• B. Training is evaluated and report submitted periodically as required.

1. Participate in Performance Appraisal and attends all required training sessions and meetings during working hours.

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. There is full participation in the appraisal process.
• B. Attends and participates in training sessions as required.
• C. Attends all meetings as required.

1. Cooperates fully with the Workshop Coordinator, & Service Advisors .

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

• A. Good relations are maintained with all other staff.
• B. Communication is maintained with key players on progress and completion of work.

1. To perform any other related duties as directed by the Foreman.

SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN

A. All assignments are carried out to agreed standards.
