Are you looking for more than just a job?
Our Glazing Division is seeking a motivated Junior Apprentice to join our team and learn a specialised trade with one of Australia's most recognised names in the glass industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or someone looking to start a hands-on career. You'll receive full training, ongoing support from experienced tradespeople, and the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while earning an income.
Based from our Kewdale branch, you'll work alongside a supportive team servicing residential and commercial customers throughout the surrounding areas.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of your apprenticeship, you will
- Learn how to install and replace glass in homes and commercial buildings
- Work with experienced Glaziers to develop your trade skills
- Assist with measuring, cutting, handling and installing glass products
- Deliver professional customer service on-site
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Attend TAFE and complete all apprenticeship requirements
- Gain experience using industry tools, equipment and safe work practices
- Access overtime and penalty rate opportunities when available
About You
We're looking for someone who
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Is reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Works well in a team environment
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Holds a current driver's licence or is working towards obtaining one
- No glazing experience is required. We will provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
