Head of Offer Control, Mobile Infrastructure

The Head of Offer Control drives excellence in Offer Control of Mobile Infrastructure (MI) Business Group. The role is responsible for managing and enforcing the MI internal License to Deal (L2D) process and central L2D governance, ensuring strict policy implementation across all MI Markets, Market Units, and teams. This role oversees offer and contract approvals, calculates and optimizes offer-related Cash Flows and NWC-related terms and conditions in close alignment with Market teams, and ensures compliance with financial and risk management policies.
