HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER - LIBERIA

The Human Capital Manager serves as the senior people partner to the Managing Director and leadership team of ZL Integrated Waste Management Solutions. The role translates business plans into workforce requirements; leads recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, employee relations, reward and welfare processes; strengthens local talent and succession; maintains reliable HC data and controls; and provides timely people insights to subsidiary and JIB leadership. The role is expected to build a capable, engaged, compliant, and increasingly localised workforce that can support sustainable growth and operational excellence in Liberia.
