Job Description – Business Analyst (ARDM Data Migration)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the migration of reference data from legacy systems into the Authoritative Reference Data Management (ARDM) platform. The role will focus on understanding source systems, defining source-to-target mappings, documenting transformation rules, ensuring data quality, and supporting end-to-end migration activities. The candidate will work closely with business users, data architects, ETL developers, and testing teams to deliver high-quality data migration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data models and understand target ARDM data structures.
• Define and maintain detailed source-to-target data mapping specifications.
• Document business rules, transformation logic, default values, and validation rules.
• Perform data profiling to identify data quality issues, duplicates, missing data, and inconsistencies.
